5 long Happy, Challenging Years of Marriage
So I Say that because so much has happened in our few short years of marriage. We have had two kids moved to Angola and Jim was a pastor for 2 years at a church which was very trying to say the least. And now Jim might be buying into a business which is scary and risky. All in all I am happy to married to Jim and love him more every day. But it is true marriage takes a lot of work and you have to keep the communication lines open and be honest with each other. I have to say without Jesus first and foremost in our lives where would we be? We have so much to be thankful for in these tough economic times. I just feel for all those who have lost jobs and houses. So for our 5th anniversary we are going to the city of Ft. Wayne IN to a marriage conference called Laugh Your Way To a Better Marrige Conference. I am really looking forward to getting some alone time with my hubby which we don't do enough of. The kids will be staying at Grandpa Wickeys. It has been way too long since I last posted so I putting up some pictures of the kids up in Wisconsin 2 weeks ago. They had a blast with Grandpa Slabaughs. James loved going out to barn and seeing the calves. Halle helped feed some of them. I will post pictures later of our anniversary outing.

Happy holidays everyone!
How is everyone doing? I must say what a weekend we had. We celebrated Christmas early with my family on Saturday noon till evening which was fun but little miss Halle didn't get a nap and well it just wasn't good for her. Because yesterday on the way to church all of a sudden she threw up all over. And basically that was our day yesterday throwing up all day. It was very disgusting and I had to do laundry all of the time. She was throwing up up until 11:00 at night last night. I didn't know whether to sleep on the couch or not. I finally went to bed and still couldn't sleep cause I kept thinking what if I don't hear her when she starts puking. I had finally fell asleep and then she traipsed over and wanted a drink. She did that twice. Jim got her the 2nd time. The first time I was getting her her drink and all of a sudden I felt dizzy all over and felt like puking and then did. It was long day. Oh I didn't mention that James was doing it all on the other end of the spectrum. He has had diarrhea since like Friday, and it come out and goes on his clothes and sometimes the bedding. I know this is what comes with kids but man is it stressful sometimes. And Jim happened to mention yesterday in his words "and you want 2 more." Yes I do but not when they do all of that. Anyway I think today will be better but I don't feel like doing absolutely anything. I need to finish painting my basement once. Oh well. I feel bad cause my mom called this morning and now my dad is throwing up and my mom has the other one. Oh well that's what comes with the holidays. anyway I wanted to put in some pictures from Halle's 3rd birthday. I can't believe she is 3 now. She got way too many presents!!!!!!!!!! I don't know what we would do without her in our lives. Hope everyone is doing great. well so much for pictures my computer didn't seem to save them. Will get back later with you on that.

Some new pictures finally!!!!
So I finally got my new camera to work and download all of the pictues I have taken with it. Our computer has some problems and my brother was here last night and discovered that if you unplug the printer cable from the computer my camera will work. Why I don't know. Anyway I am going to just display a whole bunch of pictues once. Enjoy! Here are some family pictures at my brother's wedding this summer. Sorry some of the pictures are kinda dark. I was really upset when I developed them. I don't think I had it on the right setting in the church. I had just got it before we left for
the wedding. The pictures with the kids with their wagons I just love. I found these 2 at Garage sale and the small pink one is just right for James but just the wrong color. Oh well. And well you can see how naughty kids can be at times. What a stinker. Take care.
